Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
   • Free delivery inside Doha for orders above QAR 500
   • Delivery charges apply for other areas in Qatar (calculated at checkout)
   • Currently we only deliver within Qatar
2. Delivery Time
   • Ready-made items: 1–5 business days
   • Custom curtains & carpets: 7–21 days (we will confirm exact date when order is placed)
   • Furniture & large items: 10–30 days
3. Delivery Process
   • You will receive SMS/WhatsApp updates
   • Our team will call 30–60 minutes before arrival
   • Someone must be present to receive the order
   • Cash on Delivery (COD) payment must be ready in cash
4. Installation Service
   • Curtain fixing and carpet installation available at extra charge
   • Price depends on quantity and height
5. Failed Delivery
   • If no one is available, a QAR 50 re-delivery fee may apply
